Previously, she spent 10+ years in house at Fortune 100 Financial Services Companies & Tech startups leading Talent Acquisition functions while always remaining a hands on recruiter. Experienced hiring, Executive Search, Campus Recruiting, Employment Brand & Recruiting Operations, ...... there isn't much she hasn't seen!

Kathy is a first generation college graduate and holds a Finance degree from Villanova University.
