Currently, she leverages her recruiting expertise to coach high performing female professionals that are navigating the goals of career satisfaction and family balance.
Previously, she spent 10+ years in house at Fortune 100 Financial Services Companies & Tech startups leading Talent Acquisition functions while always remaining a hands on recruiter.
Kathy is a first generation college graduate and holds a Finance degree from Villanova University.
After many years of living in NY & NJ, Kathy currently resides outside of Boston with her husband, two children and dog.
